Key Responsibilities 1. Operations & Support (L1) • Triage and resolve incidents across Power Apps, Power Automate, custom connectors, and Dataverse-backed solutions. • Perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent fixes; reduce repeat incidents via preventive measures. • Manage release of fixes via solution packaging and controlled deployments aligned with internal workflow practices. 2. Small Enhancements (Capacity-based) • Deliver low/medium complexity enhancements within capped capacity and agreed guardrails (e.g., benefits/adoption rationale). • Escalate larger enhancements into formal project / CR governance with separate funding and approvals. 3. Platform & Governance Alignment • Ensure solutions comply with Power Platform governance expectations and environment usage rules. • Support environment administration activities (access, solution promotion, operational controls) in collaboration with platform owners. 4. Documentation & Knowledge • Maintain runbooks, SOPs, support playbooks, and handover materials. • Contribute to standardization across the portfolio (common patterns, reusable components). 5. Stakeholder Management • Communicate clearly with business users on incident status, workarounds, resolution, and deployment schedules. • Coordinate with related technical teams (e.g., API/SAP integration teams) when issues span multiple systems. Required Skills / Experience • Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, custom API connectors, and Dataverse fundamentals. • Experience with solution packaging and structured deployments (ALM discipline). • Proven track record in troubleshooting production issues and managing fixes end-toend. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to run RCA and propose preventive controls. • Strong communication skills for business and technical stakeholders. Preferred / Nice-to-Have • Exposure to Power Platform governance / environment management concepts. • Familiar with A.I Buildes, Copilot deployment, and Dataverse and Copilot Credits management. • Experience supporting multi-market or large-scale Power Platform solutions. • Microsoft certifications (recommended): PL-900; PL-200/PL-400 depending on seniority

Pay: RM3,981.45 - RM12,506.95 per month
