Job Description
- Collaborate with software engineers, product managers and QA engineers to continuously build and improve common game services, including Payment and Account systems.
- Develop, maintain and optimize backend services and APIs with a focus on stability, performance and reliability.
- Contribute to system design and architecture improvements to enhance system stability, performance and reliability.
- Write clean, maintainable and well-tested code, and participate in code reviews.
- Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve system quality and operational efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems or related science/tech field
- At least 2 years of experience as a Backend Engineer, preferably in large-scale or internet-based systems.
- Proficient in the following languages and practice on a regular basis: Go, Python, SQL; Knowledge and experience in Docker and/or Kubernetes (k8s) is preferable
- Deep understanding of computer architectures, data structures and algorithms.
- Hands-on experience in using AI tools to enhance engineering productivity; Exposure to AI-related system integrations is a plus
- Strong problem solving skills and logical thinking
- Have an open-minded, agile and proactive mindset with strong willingness to learn
- Have good team communication and collaboration skills.
- Have good responsibility and accountability in delivering quality work on time
