Job Summary

We are seeking motivated engineering students to join our Engineering Excellence Internship Program. This internship offers hands-on site & office exposure to real construction projects, guided by experienced industry professionals, ideal for students pursuing Civil/Construction Engineering degrees to build practical working experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist site engineers with daily construction site monitoring, progress tracking and site documentation.

2. Prepare technical reports, drawing references, material checklists and project data filing.

​

3. Support project team in problem-solving minor site technical issues under supervisor guidance.

​

4. Attend site meetings, record meeting minutes and coordinate with subcontractors/workers.

​

5. Conduct quantity take-off, material counting and assist with project scheduling tasks.

​

6. Learn modern construction workflows, safety compliance and industry standard practices.

​

7. Perform ad-hoc administrative & technical tasks assigned by engineering management.

Requirements

1. Currently pursuing Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering or related engineering field.

2. Able to commit full-time internship for minimum 2–6 months (negotiable).

​

3. Basic understanding of construction drawings, site safety and engineering terminology.

​

4. Responsible, proactive, willing to visit construction site daily; comfortable with site working environment.

​

5. Good communication skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia), basic Microsoft Office skills.

​

6. No prior working experience required; fresh students are welcome to apply.
