You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, design applications, and develop PEGA-based solutions that enhance customer experiences, streamline operations, and support strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, and enhance PEGA applications in alignment with business and technical requirements.

Translate functional and system requirements into detailed technical designs and scalable application solutions.

Build and implement integrations between PEGA and enterprise systems using industry-standard integration approaches and APIs.

Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, testers, and project stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Support application deployment activities, including release management, production implementation, and post-release stabilization.

Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards, security requirements, and best practices.

Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while driving continuous improvement in system performance and reliability.

Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge sharing, and solution design discussions across project teams.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in software development, application engineering, or related technical roles.

Hands-on experience developing applications using the PEGA Platform.

Strong understanding of software design principles, application architecture, and solution development methodologies.

Experience designing and implementing system integrations and application interfaces.

Knowledge of application deployment, production support, and release management processes.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

PEGA Certified System Architect (CSA) or higher certification.

Experience with PEGA workflow automation, case management, and business rules implementation.

Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps practices.

Experience working with cloud-based platforms and services.

Strong understanding of relational databases, SQL, and data modeling concepts.

Exposure to user experience (UX) design principles and human-centered design practices.

Experience working in large-scale enterprise application environments.
