Sepenuh Masa Project Engineer Jobs, salary up to SGD 3,000 in HS GLOBAL MARKETING PTE. LTD. - Maukerja

As part of the team, Project Engineer supports special customer and operational support tasks with a strong focus on larger projects.

Key Tasks:

1. To evaluate technical specifications and produce proposals for high value projects/customers and to be the prime mover in complex high value projects - actively promoting the system solutions aspect of Power Generator aiming to increase scope of supply.
2. Regularly visit site and clients on quoted contracts to position HS Global as the preferred supplier of Power Generator solutions.
3. Work closely with the Project Manager and rest of the Team, ensuring a smooth transition from receipt of inquiry to customer proposal.
4. Work closely with the Project management team during proposal phase to align technicalities of projects.
5. Consolidate pertinent documents and correspondence in suitable format for formal handover of work orders to the Project Manager or handling project of its own.
6. Lead pre-contract meetings in cooperation with project management.
7. Work closely with the Sales and Project teams to improve business process, maximize business opportunities and improve customer service.
8. To ensure process conformance and local legislative compliance with all appropriate standards and site conditions.
9. To provide appropriate technical support to each customer/consultant/prospect through reference materials, site and customer visits.
10. Give technical sales support to finish daily quotations.
11. The Project Engineer reports directly to the Project Manager.
12. Understand Project requirements and executions of project.

Requirements:

1) Education

· Min. Nitec/Diploma

2) Knowledge / Experience / Others

· Proven background in diesel generators is a great plus, but technical/engineering background is required

· Experience in handling large projects is an asset

· Applicant must be PC literate (ppt, words, excel)

· Able to think from a customer’s point of view

3) Personal Competencies

· Good interpersonal skills

· Good negotiation skills

· Team player but also independent

· Candidates who possess a valid Singapore driving licence or have access to their own transport will be an advantage
