As a Producer at AMshots, you will oversee the planning and execution of video projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring every shoot runs smoothly and every client's vision is brought to life. You will be the key point of coordination between clients, the creative team, and on-set crew across automotive shoots, brand commercials, event coverage, and short-form social content.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing end-to-end production timelines, budgets, and logistics for client projects
• Liaising with clients to understand briefs, objectives, and deliverables
• Developing scripts, storyboards, shot lists, and shoot schedules alongside the creative team
• Coordinating crew, equipment, locations, permits, and talent/vendor bookings
• Overseeing shoots on-site to ensure creative and production quality standards are met
• Working closely with videographers and editors to ensure footage aligns with the client's brief and brand direction
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing based on deadlines
• Staying on top of industry and social media trends to bring fresh production ideas to clients
• Handling post-production coordination, reviews, and revisions through to final delivery

Requirements:

• Prior experience in production management, project coordination, or a related media/creative field
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients, crew, and vendors
• Understanding of the video production process, from pre-production to final delivery
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and logistics coordination
• Comfortable working on-site across various shoot environments (studio and external locations)
• Passion for content trends across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
• Portfolio or examples of past productions managed is a plus
