• Supervise and manage the data entry and word processing team, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation and professional development
• Oversee all data entry operations to ensure accuracy, completeness and adherence to company standards and procedures
• Develop and implement data entry protocols, workflows and quality control measures to optimise team efficiency
• Monitor data entry output and identify areas for improvement to enhance productivity and reduce errors
• Prepare and review word processing documents, reports and correspondence to ensure professional presentation and accuracy
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure data security in accordance with company policies and relevant regulations
• Liaise with other departments to understand data requirements and provide timely support for data processing needs
• Generate regular reports on team performance, data processing metrics and operational efficiency
• Implement and maintain data management systems and tools to streamline operations
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, data protection regulations and industry best practices

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
