Report to director on site matters and progress works including coordination with architect and authorities for sites matters.
Able to lead a team of foreign workers
Coordinate with subcontractors based on the drawings and project schedule.
Provide activity updates to the management
Identifying and resolving workplace problems with all subcontractors and suppliers.
Compliance of WSH regulations and safety procedures including maintain the good workplace.
Monitor the job site works progress to ensure the quality and efficient works.
