Full Time Quantity Surveyor Jobs, Salary up to SGD 4,000 in DAEWOO-DONGAH JOINT VENTURE East Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Reporting to Contracts Manager

• Prepare tender submission; handle progress claims and progress payment, VO & finalization of accounts

• Liaise and establish rapport with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects, developers, and contractors on certification of claims for payments

• Measurement, Pricing and Cost Estimation

• Able to provide budget cost or estimates as per instruction.

• Able to communicate with other Departments in dealing with various documents and issues.

• Prepare and submit monthly payment claim to client.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience with quantity surveying or professional qualification.

• Experienced in contract administration of rail or civil engineering projects.

• Including at least 3 years of experience in LTA’s project

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent

• Proficiency in MS Office
