RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Assistant Cook supports the Head Cook or Chef in preparing and cooking meals while ensuring the kitchen remains clean, organized, and compliant with food safety standards. The role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is an advantage.

Basic knowledge of food preparation and hygiene practices.

Ability to work as part of a team.

Good communication and time management skills.

Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
