Engineering Internship Opportunity – Cathodic Protection (Corrosion Prevention)

We are looking for enthusiastic Engineering Interns who are eager to gain hands-on experience in the field of Cathodic Protection (CP), a specialized corrosion prevention technology widely used in the oil & gas, water, marine, and infrastructure industries.

Requirements

1. Passionate about engineering and willing to work both in the office and on site.
2. Good communication skills and a positive learning attitude.
3. Possess a valid driving licence (preferred).
4. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
5. Able to work from home when required.
6. Willing to travel to project sites within Malaysia
7. Undergraduate pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in:

• Electrical Engineering
• Electronic Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering
• Chemical Engineering
• Materials/Metallurgical Engineering
• Civil Engineering (with interest in corrosion engineering)

What You Will Learn

• Cathodic Protection (SACP & ICCP) system design.
• Corrosion engineering fundamentals.
• Site inspections, testing & commissioning.
• Soil resistivity measurement and corrosion assessment.
• Preparation of engineering calculations, drawings and technical reports.
• Installation supervision and troubleshooting of CP systems.
• Exposure to real projects in the water, oil & gas, petrochemical and marine industries.
