Full Time Finance Manager Jobs, in Merchantrade Asia Selangor - Maukerja

Your main responsibilities will be to:

• Oversee the full spectrum of accounting operations and ensure compliance with MFRS and Company policies.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Review management accounts, financial statements, and supporting schedules.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to support business operations.
• Ensure timely completion of statutory, tax, and regulatory submissions.
• Coordinate annual audits and liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, and company secretary.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Drive continuous improvements in finance processes and reporting.
• Lead, coach, and develop the finance team to achieve departmental objectives.
• Review team deliverables and ensure timely, accurate completion of finance activities.

To be eligible for this role, you will require:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, CFA) and MIA preferred.
• Minimum 4–6 years of relevant hands-on accounting, SST, audit, and basic taxation or treasury operations experience.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software (e.g. SQL, AutoCount, Xero, MYOB).
• Experience in fintech, digital payments, or regulated financial institutions highly advantageous.
