Personal Driver to CEO

We are seeking a reliable, professional and highly disciplined Personal Driver to provide transportation and related support to our CEO. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, punctual, discreet and committed to ensuring the CEO’s comfort and security throughout every journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated Personal Driver to the CEO.
• Provide safe, comfortable and punctual transportation.
• Plan efficient routes based on traffic and road conditions.
• Maintain a professional appearance and courteous conduct at all times.
• Conduct daily inspections to ensure the vehicle is clean and in good working condition.
• Coordinate vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs when required.
• Dispatch and collect documents, parcels and other items between offices or designated locations.
• Safeguard confidential documents and items during transit.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism when interacting with the CEO, employees and external parties.
• Work overtime, weekends and public holidays when required.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• At least five years of experience as a personal or company driver.
• Possess a valid Malaysian driving licence with a good driving record.
• Comfortable and experienced in driving electric vehicles.
• Familiar with routes throughout Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and the Klang Valley.
• Confident in using GPS and navigation applications.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Honest, trustworthy, responsive, hardworking and highly disciplined.
• Consistently punctual, responsible and dependable.
• Flexible and willing to work overtime, weekends and public holidays when necessary.
• Relevant background and driving-record checks may be conducted.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience serving CEOs, directors or high-profile individuals.
