IP-Tribe is seeking a highly motivated Systems Engineer to support our MVNE (Mobile Virtual Network Enabler) systems.

As a Systems Engineer at IP-Tribe, you will join a team of dedicated engineers. In this role, you will work in technical environments to provide professional, high-quality support and assistance to our customers.

Our focus is on agility, and we seek someone who can ensure continuity in rapidly changing conditions. This involves close collaboration, working in cross-functional and self-organising teams, enabling swift issue resolution, and maintaining strong relationships with demanding users and customers.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to support requests
• Provide technical support remotely or on-site
• Diagnose and resolve customer issues until closure
• Conduct testing
• Perform scheduled 24/7 standby TAC (Technical Assistance Centre) duty
• Maintain good client relations
• Tracking and managing work records
• Generating and compile job reports
• Fulfil additional duties as assigned by the Manager

Requirements:

Experience & Knowledge

• Polytechnic diploma or degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a reputable university
• Fresh graduates with relevant skills and enthusiasm are welcome to apply
• Proficiency in Linux Operating Systems, telecommunications, IP telephony, AWS/Azure cloud, database management, data networking, and cybersecurity
• Professional certifications in relevant areas are advantageous

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently
• Motivated, results-oriented, and dedicated individual capable of initiating appropriate actions and strategies
• Self-sufficient and able to work with minimal supervision
