About the Role

We are looking for a Logistics Product Manager to build and optimize SHOPLINE’s 4PL logistics solutions for Malaysia local delivery and cross-border B2C parcel shipping.

This role will work closely with the sales team to design logistics solutions for ecommerce merchants, manage logistics partners, support pricing, and ensure solutions can be delivered effectively.

What You’ll Do

• Build and optimize Malaysia local and cross-border B2C parcel logistics solutions, including local delivery, direct shipping, small parcel lines, COD, returns, and fulfillment-related services.
• Develop logistics partner networks, including local couriers, cross-border parcel providers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, last-mile providers, and warehousing partners.
• Work closely with sales to understand merchant needs and provide practical logistics solutions, pricing support, and customer-facing proposals.
• Evaluate logistics partners based on cost, delivery speed, service coverage, success rate, exception handling, and payment terms.
• Support end-to-end solution implementation, including partner onboarding, SOP setup, system coordination, trial shipments, and issue resolution.
• Monitor service performance and continuously improve logistics routes, cost structure, and customer experience.
• Track market trends, competitor offerings, pricing changes, and logistics regulations in Malaysia and key cross-border markets.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, ecommerce logistics, cross-border parcel, courier, 3PL/4PL, fulfillment, or supply chain solutions.
• Good understanding of Malaysia local delivery and cross-border B2C parcel logistics.
• Experience in logistics product, line solutions, partner management, vendor sourcing, logistics procurement, or solution design.
• Ability to work with sales teams and translate merchant needs into clear logistics solutions.
• Strong sense of cost, pricing, service quality, and operational feasibility.
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate across sales, operations, product, finance, and external partners.
• English working proficiency.

Preferred Background

• Experience from courier, ecommerce logistics, cross-border parcel, small parcel line, fulfillment, 3PL/4PL, or last-mile delivery companies.
• Experience working with ecommerce merchants, DTC brands, marketplaces, or SaaS platform customers.
• Candidates from ecommerce or consumer brands with logistics vendor management or fulfillment solution experience are also welcome.
