The Operations Executive shall be responsible for ensuring the smooth planning, coordination, execution, and post-event operations of all projects undertaken by Fast Events Sdn. Bhd. The employee's duties and responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute event operations from preparation through post-event dismantling.
- Ensure all assigned projects are completed within the agreed timeline, budget, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, venues, and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.
- Supervise, train, and manage event crews and temporary staff during event setup, operations, and dismantling.
- Prepare operational schedules, logistics, manpower arrangements, and project documentation.
- Ensure all Company, client, and supplier assets and equipment are properly handled, secured, and accounted for.
- Monitor event site operations and resolve operational issues promptly and professionally.
- Continuously improve operational efficiency and recommend cost-effective solutions for event execution.
- Maintain good relationships with clients, suppliers, and business partners while protecting confidential Company information.
- Ensure compliance with Company policies, SOPs, and workplace safety requirements.
- Be willing to travel locally or internationally and work weekends, public holidays, and extended hours when required.
- Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Event Management, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in event management, operations, or project coordination (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply).
- Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willing to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
