Full Time Service Development Manager Jobs, salary up to MYR 5,000 in Cleanhero (M) Sdn Bhd Kajang - Maukerja

We’re looking for someone who can turn services into products, optimize, standardize, and scale them nationwide. If you love Excel, numbers, R&D and solving problems, this role fits you.

1. Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and improve new service products (scope, SOPs, costing, pricing, QC standard)
• Build costing models, pricing tiers & margin simulations using Sheets/Excel
• Ensure operational capacity by recruiting, training & supporting contractor teams
• Maintain consistent service quality and manage daily job execution to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain and update product documentation, SOPs & internal playbooks
• Liaise with marketing, sales & operations to ensure services are scalable and market-ready
• Improve service efficiency, cost structure, and reliability using data & feedback

2. Requirements

A) Must-Have

• Strong Google Sheets/Excel skills (costing, margin simulation)
• Able to design SOPs and document clearly
• Enjoys R&D, optimisation and structured problem solving
• Thinks in systems, workflows & logic
• Engineering or technical background

B) Bonus

• Experience in facility service (Cleaning, HVAC, Pest Control)
• Experience working with contractor/technician teams
• Basic knowledge of QA/QC or service quality frameworks

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
