We are looking for an experienced Database Administrator to support mission-critical production systems in a secure 24/7 environment. You will be responsible for the availability, performance, security, and reliability of Microsoft SQL Server and MongoDB platforms, working closely with infrastructure, system, software, and security teams.

Key Responsibilitie

• sProvide Day 2 (L2/L3) production support for MSSQL and MongoDB, including incident response and root cause analysis
• .Manage high availability environments including SQL Server Always On and MongoDB Replica Sets
• .Perform database administration, backup & recovery, patching, upgrades, and disaster recovery testing
• .Monitor and optimize database performance through tuning, indexing, and capacity planning
• .Support application deployments, database releases, data migrations, and post-deployment validation
• .Implement database security, access controls, auditing, and vulnerability remediation
• .Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and support compliance with government security standards
• .Participate in 24/7 on-call support for critical production incidents

Requiremen

• ts5–8+ years of hands-on DBA experience supporting enterprise production environment
• s.Strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server (Always On, HA, performance tuning) and MongoDB (Replica Sets, backup/recovery
• ).Experience supporting 24/7 mission-critical systems and Severity 1 incident
• s.Knowledge of database deployment, data patching, and release managemen
• t.Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skill
• s.Familiarity with ITIL operations, virtualization/container environments, or integration platforms is an advantag
• e.Experience in Singapore Government or other regulated environments is highly preferre
