Full Time Content Creator Jobs, in RedBus Federal Territory - Maukerja

Engagement Type: Service Contract – Full Time (This role is engaged on a full-time service contract basis and does not constitute an employment relationship.)

Work Arrangement: Hybrid, with potential to travel across Malaysia & Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative content across redBus's digital channels, ensuring brand tone of voice, creative guidelines, and quality standards are consistently upheld.
• Collaborate with the Global and Local Brand Marketing Team and designers to develop design concepts, brainstorm ideas, and drive end-to-end execution of campaigns.
• Create scripts and copy for video content (film, Instagram Reels, TikTok) and other social media formats.
• Appear on-camera for TikTok and short-form video content as a brand representative.
• Drive creative storytelling that strengthens redBus's online and offline brand presence, grows audience engagement, and builds user trust.
• Identify and leverage pop culture trends and local cultural nuances across Southeast Asian markets to inform content strategy.

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience in content creation, social media, or a related creative role. Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.
• Strong creative writing skills in Local Languages & English.
• Understanding of Southeast Asian culture and an ability to quickly pick up regional pop cultural nuances and trends.
• Demonstrated skills in creative storytelling, social content production, brand campaign ideation, and translating user insights into compelling content.
• Proficiency in crafting scripts and copy for short-form video formats (Instagram Reels, TikTok, and/or film).
• Must be camera-friendly and willing to feature in TikTok and video content.
• A creative and lateral thinker — willing to push boundaries, develop insight-led ideas, and turn them into engaging stories.
• Clear, approachable communication style, both written and verbal, with the ability to interpret briefs and coordinate with the creative team effectively.
