Role Description The Digitalization Trainer is responsible for designing and delivering training programs that help clients adopt and optimize digital tools, systems, and workflows. This hybrid role is based in Petaling Jaya, with a mix of on-site sessions and work-from-home tasks such as developing training materials, preparing digital content, and conducting virtual classes. Day-to-day activities include assessing client training needs, creating structured curricula and learning resources, facilitating interactive workshops, and providing hands-on guidance on digital platforms and processes. The trainer will also evaluate learning outcomes, gather feedback to improve course content, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure training aligns with broader organizational and client objectives. This is a full-time position that requires consistent engagement with learners, strong planning skills, and the ability to translate complex digital concepts into accessible, practical instruction.
Qualifications

• Strong digital literacy and experience with digital tools, platforms, and workflows (e.g., productivity suites, collaborative tools, basic data management).
• Training design and delivery skills, including curriculum development, instructional design, and facilitation of in-person and virtual sessions.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with a focus on clear explanations, active listening, and engaging adult learners.
• Ability to assess training needs, structure learning paths, and measure training effectiveness through feedback and performance indicators.
• Proven organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple training engagements and deadlines.
• Comfort working in a hybrid environment, including on-site training in Petaling Jaya and remote preparation or virtual delivery.
• Relevant experience in corporate training, digital transformation, or learning and development; experience in safety, technical, or soft skills training is an advantage.
• Diploma or degree in Education, Training, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
