Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site event logistics—from setup, menu presentation, dish labelling, and timely food replenishment to tear-down and quality assurance.
• Schedule daily deliveries, manage inventory and equipment, and handle logistics issues (including acting as a backup driver).
• Lead, motivate, and roster the operations team while conducting daily briefings, coaching staff on service standards, and ensuring hygiene compliance.
• Engage directly with guests to handle dietary or allergen inquiries, maintain high service quality, and address complaints or issues promptly.
• Support operations, manage vehicle/equipment maintenance, assist with special projects, and perform additional duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Background as a Catering Supervisor capable of handling fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Possession of a Class 3 or Class 4 driving license to manage delivery logistics and serve as a backup driver.
• Spoken and written fluency in English to coordinate event requirements and communicate accurate orders with kitchen staff and chefs.
• Excellent personal presentation with a confident, outgoing personality and strong guest-facing engagement skills.
• Ability to multi-task, stay calm under pressure, and lead teams effectively during high-intensity events.
