Role Description The Software Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Klang. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining software applications using C programming language, while enhancing existing features to improve performance and scalability. Involved in all phases of the development lifecycle, including gathering user requirements, translating business needs into functional solutions, and resolving technical issues such as bugs and system inquiries. Additionally, ensures proper documentation of all changes, upgrades, and implementations in line with established standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in C programming applications development 
• Strong proficiency in C programming, understanding of memory management, familiar with system library functions, and experience with algorithms and data structures.
• Ability to analyze requirements, design technical solutions, and produce maintainable code
• Experience in Relational Database such as MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL or other Databases.
• Experience with Linux/Unix or Windows Platform
• Knowledge of C/AL or C/SIDE will be an advantage.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail in debugging and optimization
• Effective communication and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams
