Job Description

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and deliver technical training programs for technicians covering engines, electrical systems, hydraulics, batteries, fleet management systems, and other technical disciplines.
  • Establish and maintain training facilities, equipment, and learning aids to support effective hands-on learning.
  • Provide advanced technical support and conduct customer visits to resolve complex product and service-related issues.
  • Coordinate technical readiness for new forklift and equipment releases, including software, special tools, and training schedules.
  • Manage and support all training activities relating to Environmental, Safety and Health (ESH) requirements.
  • Plan and organize site surveys for Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) and heavy equipment installations.
  • Develop engaging training materials, presentations, videos, and technical documentation.
  • Conduct technical competency assessments and grading for Field Service Technicians (FSTs) and Team Leaders.
  • Develop and manage technical training and development plans for FSTs and Team Leaders.
  • Support technician development through technical coaching, I-Actions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Monitor and track completion of Field Service Accreditation and Learning (FSAL)requirements.
  • Maintain and manage technical documentation, training records within the Service Allocation and Resource Assistant (SARA) system, warranty information, and service action logs to support service quality, compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • Deliver technical updates and knowledge-sharing sessions during monthly service team meetings.
  • Monitor and evaluate the technical support performances provided by external vendors.
  • Develop, review, and maintain Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) procedures, including checklists, standard repair times, and installation guidelines.
  • Support FSTs, Service Coordinators, and Customer Service Executives with spare parts and technical requirements.
  • Provide official feedback, reports, and quality-related escalations for complex technical issues through designated reporting channels.
  • Review and provide technical recommendations for used and recycled parts.
  • Advise on technician tooling, software requirements, and technical equipment needs.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and internal safety, environmental, and audit requirements.


Job Requirements

  • Min a diploma holder in Engineering
  • Min 2 years of relevant experience
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to travel occasionally
  • Willing to work at Loyang Way area

Salary will be commensurate with experience
