Full Time PROCUREMENT COORDINATOR-EXECUTIVE Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,800 in ATEC MACHINERY PTE. LTD. West Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

This role involves managing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and coordinating with internal departments, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure timely and quality receipt of items. You will verify invoices against purchase orders, liaise with vendors on product quality and documentation requirements, monitor warehouse inventory levels, and maintain updated vendor and product records.

Key responsibilities

• Generate purchase orders

• Track orders to ensure timely delivery

• Co-ordinate with internal departments, vendors, and logistics to verify quantity and quality of received items

• Verify vendor's invoice with purchase order and delivery order

• Liaise with vendors on product quality issues and other discrepancies

• Monitor warehouse stock inventory level to ensure sufficient stock available

• Maintain updated records of vendors, products, prices and lead times

• Liaise with vendors on documentation such as Product Specification, MUIS Halal certification, Non-GMO and etc.

• Source potential vendors to meet customer's requirements

• Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers

• Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing

• Perform supplier reviews

• Perform cost versus quality analysis and prepare reports on orders and costs

Requirements

• Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or equivalent

• Positive attitude and a team player

• Meticulous and fast learner

• 5 days week
