Job Summary

We're looking for a OutSystems Developer to join our team and grow their craft on real, live products. You'll build and maintain platform functionality, ship features every sprint, and get hands-on exposure to the full deployment lifecycle — all while learning from senior engineers and Solution Architects. This is a great role if you're looking to deepen your OutSystems expertise, work across the end-to-end project lifecycle, and build a strong foundation toward more senior technical ownership down the line.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain platform functionality on OutSystems
• Deliver features through the full sprint cycle
• Manage the deployment lifecycle and monitor application/product performance
• Optimise existing applications, applying working knowledge of platform configuration to avoid rework or regression
• Flag platform limitations to Solution Architect and delivery risk to Product Manager

Requirements:

• 4+ years OutSystems development experience
• OutSystems certification (Associate Reactive Developer or higher)
• Experience in agile-scrum methodology and end-to-end project lifecycle
• Experience building government or public sector digital products

Good to have:

• Experience in OutSystems-based delivery
• Experience in handling legacy tech systems
