Program Test Manager

Location: Alexandra, Singapore

Employment Type: 12-Month Contract

We're looking for an experienced Program Test Manager to lead enterprise testing initiatives in a large banking environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end testing across multiple projects.
• Manage SIT, UAT, Integration, and Regression Testing.
• Review and approve test strategies and test plans.
• Drive test automation and CI/CD initiatives.
• Perform API and Microservices testing.
• Work closely with development, architecture, and DevOps teams.
• Support infrastructure, platform, database, and security upgrade testing.
• Improve testing using AI/GenAI and intelligent automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Min 8 years of experience in software testing or test management.
• Experience in large enterprise environments (banking experience preferred).
• Strong experience in:
• SIT, UAT, Integration & Regression Testing
• API & Microservices Testing
• Test Automation
• CI/CD pipelines
• Hands-on knowledge of:
• Java or Python
• REST APIs
• Jenkins
• Git
• JIRA
• Postman or SoapUI
• Familiar with Agile, Scrum, and DevOps.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Private Banking.
• Exposure to AI/LLM-based testing or intelligent automation.
