Technical Support-Engineering Intern Jobs, Salary up to MYR 800 in Accel Graphic System Selangor - Maukerja

• Assist in installation, commissioning, and technical support activities under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Support troubleshooting of customer process issues and help prepare recommendations and solutions.
• Participate in customer site visits to gain hands-on experience with equipment and processes.
• Assist in preparing service reports, documentation, and records of customer complaints or technical issues.
• Support technical presentations, product demonstrations, and customer training sessions when required.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers through professional communication and timely support.
• Learn about the latest technical developments, products, and customer requirements.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the supervisor.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technical Studies, or a related field.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Basic technical knowledge with a willingness to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, self-motivated, proactive, and well-organized.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications is an added advantage.

Pay: RM800.00 per month

Education:

• STM/STPM (Preferred)

Experience:

• technical and engineering: 1 year (Preferred)
