Full Time M-E Site Supervisor-Project Coordinator Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in IOI Properties Group Berhad Federal Territory - Maukerja

• To inspect incoming materials and equipments to ensure that all materials and equipments delivered are complying to contract specifications/approved samples/catalogues and inspection test plan
• To supervise and inspect all of the M&E works to ensure that all M&E works are complying to the contract specifications/contract drawings/approved shop drawings and other requirements
• To coordinate with other on going C&S and Architectural works to ensure proper sequencing and smooth execution of construction works
• To study M&E drawings/documents and highlight discrepancies, if any, to consultants and/or contractors for verification/confirmation
• Properly documenting and managing of all Testing &Commissioning/inspection records according to ISO and PQP procedures
• To identify all remedial/outstanding works to be carried out and to ensure that those works are carried out by the contractors within the time stipulated in the contracts
• To regularly report to the relevant Project Manager on the progress of the works and the problem areas encountered especially in respect of defective, outstanding or non-conforming works or delayed works
• Upon completion of work, to carry out final inspection and handovers including ensuring that all as-built drawings are prepared and a copy kept with the relevant Project Manager prior to issuance of certificate of practical completion
• Attend site and technical meetings and inspection, report regularly on progress and monitor schedule.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
