Operations Executive

Argo Pte. Ltd. is an independent Singapore-based shipbroking company specialising in chemicals, methanol, gases and other specialised liquid bulk cargoes.

We are looking for an Operations Executive to join our Singapore office and support the day-to-day post-fixture operation of tanker voyages.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate voyages from fixture through completion
• Liaise with owners, charterers, agents and terminals
• Monitor vessel schedules, port calls and cargo operations
• Review and maintain voyage documentation and operational records
• Track notices, statements of facts and charter party requirements
• Identify operational issues and follow through with the relevant parties
• Support invoicing, claims, laytime and demurrage administration where required
• Keep internal systems and voyage files accurate and up to date

Requirements

• Previous experience in shipping, tanker operations or maritime logistics is preferred
• Familiarity with charter parties and post-fixture operations would be advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage several voyages concurrently
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working independently in a small, specialised team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard business systems

This is a full-time, office-based position in Singapore.
