A Training Department Executive (Learning & Development Executive) is responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing organizational training programs to enhance employee skills and compliance. • Training Needs Analysis (TNA): Assess skill gaps and collaborate with department heads to identify specific training requirements.
• Program Coordination: Organize logistics for workshops, seminars, and orientation sessions (including venue booking and material preparation).
• Vendor Management: Liaise with external trainers and training providers for specialized courses.
• Compliance Tracking: Ensure employees complete mandatory training and maintain accurate training records.
• Evaluation: Gather feedback and evaluate training effectiveness to ensure ROI on development initiatives

Pay: RM1,200.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
