Full Time Sales Engineer Jobs, in KUKA Robot Automation (Malaysia) Selangor - Maukerja

Key Duties & Responsibilities

· To implement, monitor and review sales and marketing plan

· Explore and Identify for potential new business opportunities and customers both locally & overseas

· To promote Company’s product and system solutions to various industries

· To achieve business plan targets and monthly objectives

· To actively contribute to the performance of the Sales department

· Responsible for generating leads and markets leads for sales growth

· Provide accurate and timely Forecast's using the appropriate Sales Tools and Processes and maintain all relevant information about Customers, Prospects, Campaigns and Leads.

· Establish and maintain good rapport with customers

· Follow up on billing and debt collections

Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.

· Experience in automation sales

· Knowledge in robotic applications or other automated systems is an added advantage

· A pro-active and resourceful individual with excellent negotiation, communications, and motivation skills

· Ability to communicate concisely, verbally and in writing, in English.

· Willingness to travel outstation/overseas at short notices

· Ability to work under pressure, long hours and on weekends (if necessary)

· Team player but also capable to work independently

· Have good sense of time management and strong customer focus
