Full Time Finance Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,300 in MYM Land Federal Territory - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Reporting

• Handle full set of accounts for assigned entities and prepare monthly management reports.
• Assist in preparation of project cost reports, budget tracking, and variance analysis.
• Ensure timely posting of journal entries, reconciliations, and proper documentation of transactions.

Project Finance Support

• Work with the project team to monitor project expenses, claims, and progress billings.
• Maintain proper records of project financing, loan drawdowns, and bank interest computation.
• Assist in preparation of financial projections and cash flow reports.

Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Process supplier invoices, staff claims, and ensure payments are made according to company policy.
• Monitor collection from purchasers and update receivables aging.
• Coordinate with Sales Admin and Project team on billing schedules and SPA-related matters.

Audit, Tax & Compliance

• Assist in audit schedules, liaise with auditors and tax agents for statutory submissions.
• Ensure all financial transactions comply with MFRS and company policies.

Administrative & Support Functions

• Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records.
• Support the Finance Manager in ad-hoc analysis and reporting tasks.

Pay: RM3,700.00 - RM4,300.00 per month
