Responsibilities

• Prepare, check, and process export shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, permits, and customs declarations.
• Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, and internal departments to ensure smooth shipment operations.
• Monitor shipment schedules and update customers on cargo status, delivery timelines, and any delays.
• Ensure all documentation complies with customs regulations and company procedures.
• Handle customer inquiries and requests professionally and promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, documentation, and correspondence.
• Arrange bookings with carriers and confirm shipping details.
• Liaise with relevant authorities for Timber export, as MTIB, Agriculture, and Fumigation (candidate experience is an advantage)
• Prepare reports and provide administrative support for export operations.
• Ensure the timely submission of documents to customers and government agencies.
• Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to coordinate cargo movement and delivery.

Requirements

• At least a SPM holder and above
• Someone self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision,
• Able to start work immediately is an advantage
