Full Time Building Executive Jobs, in Leo Myer Federal Territory - Maukerja

We are looking for an individual to join our building management team, based in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur.

Our company's property portfolio consists of commercial buildings, commercial bungalows and residential condominium units. The overall role of this individual is to assist the team in managing tenant relations and maintaining the upkeep of the properties.

This is a general list of expected tasks:

1. Assist in managing day-to-day building operations, maintenance, cleanliness and repairs
2. Conduct regular inspections of the building and its facilities to identify signs of damage or wear and schedule necessary maintenance and repairs. 
3. Assisting the team in coordinating with suppliers and contractors.
4. Sourcing and coordinating with suppliers/contractors and service providers for repairs, maintenance, and other property services.
5. Handle tenant relations; address tenant inquiries, resolve problems, and handle complaints, ensuring tenant satisfaction.
6. Assist with the tenant moving in and out process, including coordinating necessary renovations and repairs; submission of necessary documentations including approval from authority, layout plan, work schedule, renovation deposits, etc.
7. Maintain organised filing system including tenancy agreements, S&P and related documents
