Responsibilities

Client Support & Administration

• Handle routine client queries by email or phone, escalating questions to senior staff when needed.

Research & Analysis

• Collect and organise basic financial data from clients and public sources for team review.
• Prepare simple summaries and spreadsheets that help the team make informed decisions.

Learning & Process Support

• Assist with small process improvement tasks and routine audits to keep workflows consistent.
• Participate in training sessions and apply feedback to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Marketing or a related field.
• No prior work experience required, suitable for fresh graduates or students seeking practical exposure.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Basic Microsoft Excel skills, including data entry and simple formulas.
• Familiarity with preparing simple reports and organising documents.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Clear communication, both written and spoken, and a client-first attitude.
