Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in operations, e-commerce, warehouse, or a related field.
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop Seller Center and Shopee Seller Centre is an added advantage.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, especially during campaign periods.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Job Summary

The Operation Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating the company’s daily e-commerce and operational activities, including order fulfillment, inventory coordination, live-selling operations, campaign preparation, and cross-department communication to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate daily operations for TikTok Shop, Shopee, and other sales platforms.
• Ensure customer orders are processed, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with the Warehouse team regarding stock availability and replenishment.
• Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items to the relevant department.
• Prepare and coordinate operational requirements for sales campaigns (e.g., 8.8, 9.9, 10.10).
• Coordinate live-selling schedules, product arrangements, and operational support for Live Hosts.
• Work closely with Customer Service, Production, Marketing, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth order flow.
• Generate and update operational reports, sales reports, and inventory records.
• Investigate and resolve operational issues such as delayed orders, missing items, or stock discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational standards.
• Assist in improving operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
