Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotations and cost estimates
• Prepare customer invoices and delivery orders
• Handle basic accounts (AR/AP, payment follow-up, petty cash)
• Process monthly payroll and staff records
• Manage inventory and stock records
• Schedule and allocate daily service calls to technicians
• Coordinate with customers and technicians for appointments
• Update service reports and job completion records
• Maintain filing, documentation, and office administration
• Support management with daily operational tasks
