Full Time Coordinator Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,300 in SSR LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE & CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. North Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily landscape maintenance schedules and deployment of manpower.
• Liaise with site supervisors, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor work progress and ensure maintenance activities are completed according to schedule and contractual requirements.
• Prepare work schedules, service reports, quotations, invoices, and other operational documentation.
• Assist in planning and coordinating landscape enhancement and planting works.
• Conduct site inspections and follow up on client feedback and service requests.
• Coordinate the procurement of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements and company procedures.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Operations Manager.

Requirements

• Diploma or higher qualification in Landscape Management, Horticulture, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in landscape maintenance, facilities management, or operations coordination. Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply.
• Good organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices is an advantage.
• Possession of a valid Class 3 driving licence is an advantage.
