Internship period : Open up until 6 months

Position : Intern for Customer Service Department

Requirement : Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Customer Service Management, Multimedia, Mass Communication, Public Relations or any related field

What we offer:

• Monthly allowance provided - RM 800 Monthly
• Based in Kota Damansara, Selangor
• Minimum 3 months duration

Job Scope:

• Assist in handling customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media platforms
• Support the team in conducting customer satisfaction surveys and analysing responses
• Support the team in planning and executing customer engagement campaigns and loyalty programmes
• Support day-to-day administrative tasks within the department as required

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: RM800.00 per month
