What you will be doing

• Monitoring data logs to identify where transactions or records are failing to sync between systems.

• Assisting in the reconciliation of data between the core financial platform and third party payment tools.
• Documenting the current state of interface logic so the client team can handle future maintenance.
• Testing configuration changes in a sandbox environment to ensure they fix the identified friction point.
• Cleaning up backlogs of stuck records by finding the root cause of the processing error.
