Responsibilities
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Junior Developer to support Channels & Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) systems within the Core Banking environment. The role focuses on development and Level 2 (L2) support for AS400-based applications, including payment systems and deployment automation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2 support for Channels & EAI applications on AS400
- Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using RPG, C, and Java
- Support payment systems and ensure smooth transaction processing
- Work with DevOps practices to streamline development and deployment
- Manage and support ALDON for software deployment automation on AS400
- Troubleshoot technical issues and perform root cause analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents and implement improvements
- Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and fixes

Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with AS400 platform and DB2 database
- Proficiency in RPG, C, and/or Java programming
- Experience in L2 support (incident handling, issue resolution)
- Understanding of Channels & EAI systems
- Familiarity with payment processing systems
- Basic knowledge of DevOps practices
- Experience working with ALDON deployment tool
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Exposure to Core Banking environments
- Knowledge of system integration and middleware concepts
- Experience in automation and CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of banking/payment regulations and workflows
