Full Time Senior Infrastructure Project Manager (Oracle Database Migration) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 16,000 in Encora Federal Territory - Maukerja

We are seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure Project Manager to lead enterprise-scale Oracle Database Migration initiatives within a complex IT infrastructure environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in infrastructure project delivery, database migration, stakeholder management, and project governance, with experience working in regulated Banking, Insurance, or Financial Services environments.

The role requires managing end-to-end project delivery while coordinating cross-functional teams across infrastructure, database, application, network, security, and business functions to ensure successful migration with minimal business disruption.

Key Responsibilities

Database Migration Project Delivery

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of Oracle database migration projects.
• Develop project plans, migration strategies, implementation roadmaps, budgets, timelines, and resource plans.
• Coordinate migration activities across Infrastructure, Database, Application, Middleware, Network, Security, and Business teams.
• Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans throughout the project lifecycle.
• Plan and manage production cutovers, rollback strategies, migration rehearsals, and post-migration validation.
• Oversee migration testing, performance benchmarking, disaster recovery validation, and production readiness activities.
• Monitor project milestones and provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and management.

Project Governance & Stakeholder Management

• Manage project governance, RAID logs, reporting, resource planning, budgets, and executive communications.
• Conduct project steering committee meetings and governance reviews.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, infrastructure teams, application teams, vendors, and senior management.
• Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, internal governance, audit, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage third-party vendors and ensure deliverables meet agreed timelines and quality standards.

BAU Infrastructure Management

• Coordinate infrastructure operational activities while ensuring successful project delivery.
• Support production operations, maintenance windows, incident management, and change implementation.
• Ensure infrastructure changes comply with Change Management and Release Management processes.
• Balance project priorities while maintaining production service stability and availability.

Risk & Compliance

• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and mitigation strategies.
• Ensure migration activities comply with enterprise security, audit, and regulatory requirements.
• Support audit reviews and maintain project documentation.
• Incorporate backup, recovery, high availability, and disaster recovery requirements into migration planning.

Leadership

• Lead cross-functional teams comprising Infrastructure Engineers, Database Administrators, Application Teams, Vendors, and Business Representatives.
• Provide project leadership, coordination, and guidance throughout the migration lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement in infrastructure project delivery and migration best practices.

Pay: RM12,000.00 - RM16,000.00 per month
