Full Time Site Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in FRK ENTERPRISE (M) SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, including tradesmen, labourers, and subcontractors
• Ensure all construction activities adhere to relevant health and safety regulations, as well as the company's policies and procedures
• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and organisation of construction activities to meet project timelines and budgets
• Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to provide progress updates and address any issues or concerns
• Monitor and report on project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
• Provide leadership and support to the construction team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Agent or Site Supervisor in the construction industry
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and equipment
• Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, architects, and team members
• Proficient in project management, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make timely decisions and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations and experience in ensuring compliance
