We are looking for a responsible, organized, and hands-on Event Support Coordinator to support our event team in the preparation, coordination, and execution of events. This role is responsible for ensuring that all necessary equipment, tools, supplies, manpower, and crew arrangements are well prepared and available before and during each event.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the event team with the preparation and organization of event equipment, tools, and materials. 
• Prepare and arrange items such as walkie-talkies, cables, tapes, tools, stationery, and other event supplies. 
• Coordinate the collection, packing, loading, transportation, and delivery of event items from the office to event venues. 
• Ensure all event equipment and materials are properly checked, organized, and accounted for before and after each event. 
• Assist in coordinating interns, part-time staff, and event support crew according to event requirements. 
• Arrange crew meals, drinks, and other basic crew welfare requirements during events. 
• Support the event team with on-site setup, event operations, and dismantling when required. 
• Liaise with event team members, suppliers, drivers, venues, and crew to ensure smooth event operations. 
• Maintain proper records and inventory of event equipment and supplies. 
• Assist with loading and unloading equipment and materials when required. 
• Perform other event-related duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor or event manager.
