Full Time Purchaser executive Jobs, salary up to SGD 3,500 in HK MARINE PTE. LTD. - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily procurement activities, including sourcing products, comparing costs, preparing quotations, negotiating prices, placing orders, and following up on deliveries.
• Coordinate with the operations and sales teams to complete orders.
• Maintain accurate purchase, pricing, and invoice records, and ensure invoices match the PO/DO.
• Build and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers.
• Review supplier options and handle disputes with customers/suppliers when needed.
• Review approved vendors regularly and comply with ISO and internal policies.
• Support other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Education and Work Experience

* Possess minimum a Diploma in related field with at least 5years of relevant working experience (Ship chandler)

* Strong analytical and negotiation skills.

* Able to work independently in fast-pace environmenthandling high volume transactions

* A great team player with proactive attitude

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,leadership and problem-solving skills.

* Proficient in MS Excel, and experience with CheckSCM is anadded advantage

* Prior procurement experience relating to Hotel Engineeringor Facility Management is highly preferred.
