Job Description
Responsibilities
- Contract administration of selected projects.
- Preparation of monthly valuations for progress payments tothe Main Contractor, Nominated Sub-Contractors or Nominated Suppliers.
- Measurement, valuation, negotiation and agreement with theContractor / Sub-Contractor of all variations to the Contract.
- Preparation of regular cost reconciliation statements of theproject showing payments to-date & projected final cost.
- Attendance of site meeting and virtual meeting.
- Preparation & agreement of final accounts for the project.
