Responsibilities

• Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability.
• Diagnose and perform advanced troubleshooting for software, hardware, and network problems.
• Setting up systems for employees.
• Configure and maintain systems, applications, and user accounts.
• Perform system updates, patches, and maintenance.
• Resolve server, application, and database-related issues when possible.
• Manage IT Inventory for Hardware and Software Assets.
• Maintain documentation for all technical support incidents.
• Handle daily technical support activities on desktop support.
• Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting.
• Ensure compliance of the IT systems with corporate policy / guideline.
• Understand customer’s IT challenges, recommends solutions to meet their needs, and ensures high level of customer's satisfaction.
• Travelling to customer's location may be required if requested, transportation claim will apply.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Systems or a related subject
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in in installing, configuring and troubleshooting Windows based environments
• Technical knowledge of Windows 10 & 11, Microsoft 365
• Knowledge of computer operating systems, hardware and software
• Knowledge of network / system management and deployment tools
• Strong End User support skill
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
