Role Description The Senior Software Developer – HRMS will design, develop, and maintain core features of HR management systems for enterprise clients. This contract, on-site role in Greater Kuala Lumpur involves leading back-end development activities, writing clean and efficient code, and ensuring system reliability, performance, and security. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing requirements, implementing new modules and integrations, troubleshooting and resolving defects, and optimizing existing functionality. The role also involves collaborating with product managers, HR domain experts, and other developers to refine technical solutions, participate in code reviews, and contribute to architecture decisions. The Senior Software Developer is expected to provide technical mentorship, uphold best practices, and support deployment and post-release maintenance activities.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, with experience building production-grade applications.
- Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, including APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.
- Solid understanding and practical application of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Experience developing or supporting HRMS or similar enterprise business systems is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Greater Kuala Lumpur and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with modern development tools (version control, CI/CD, issue tracking) and secure coding practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
