Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Head (HOD) in coordinating, supervising, and monitoring the progress of ongoing projects.
• Ensure project quality meets the highest standards and complies with client requirements, relevant authorities, and regulatory standards.
• Plan and manage all project activities from inception to completion.
• Manage and monitor project budgets for assigned projects, and implement proactive measures to prevent cost overruns.
• Ensure all projects comply with workplace safety policies, rules, and regulations.
• Identify potential construction-related issues or contractual disputes and implement appropriate solutions.
• Attend and coordinate meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Plan, forecast, and monitor subcontractors’ work progress, prepare weekly work schedules, and conduct daily coordination meetings to ensure project timelines are achieved.
• Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Project Head (HOD).

Job Requirements:

• Preferably possess a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience and knowledge in steelwork, metalwork fabrication, and erection will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the related field.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
