Full Time Customer Services Coordinator Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,200 in KINTETSU WORLD EXPRESS Sarawak - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Handle bookings, inquiries and complaint on Airfreight shipment consignment
• Responsible for the proper and smooth handling of individually assigned customer’s shipment.
• Ensure correct data key in and documentation
• To notify and pre-alert the shipment arrangement

Requirement:

• Diploma holder in any disciplines
• Candidate(s) with relevant experience in Forwarding and logistics are encouraged to apply
• Minimum 2 year experience in the similar capacity will be advantage added.
• Proficient both oral and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to perform overtime work when necessary.
